Women Of Rock (Night Owl Shows)

Reine Beau exploded among us with Joan Jett’s ‘Bad Reputation’ and we were off! It was impossible to sit still during this hyper-charged, excitement-loaded fifty minutes illustrating just how wild and fabulous these down-to-earth divas were. Reine Beau’s powerful voice and energy delivered accurate, high-octane performances for each artist without being a slavish copy – her own charismatic personality shone through every number. Suzi Quattro’s ‘Devil Gate Drive’ was a highlight, naturally, but just as exciting as the vocals was the dancing! She pranced and kick-boxed her way through the set – sometimes endangering her tightly professional bandmates’ good looks with the kicks. The stories that went with the music were engaging and stoked anticipation – a rocking good show for the fans!
