Megan Prescott (Skins) is awesome in her entertaining solo show portraying female experience in seedy showbiz. Spotlighting pre-#MeToo conditions, the show also supports campaigns to destigmatise sex work today. Seeking success to please at first her mum, and then a succession of agents and producers, Molly rises from child-TV-star to stripper to porn-star, giving in to demands made of her to perfect sexy moves and reveal more than her sequined itsy bikini.  Audience reaction evidences shock, yes, at Molly’s predicament at times, but resonant too may be her propensity to please others, to say yes not no. Molly is finally empowered to manage herself as a ‘professional’ porn star yet meets resistance and discrimination. Lots to talk about afterwards.
