Jamie D’Souza is a data analyst by day, stand-up by night, even during August. He insists that’s possible if you slacker your way through the day job, even providing handy hints on how that can be done. The data analysis finds its way into the comedy, as Jamie contrasts his life with those of the people around him – the now-married friend, the promiscuous live-in landlord – with the necessary spreadsheets to back up his conclusions. Self-deprecating and incredibly personable, Jamie does a great job balancing the jokes, the stories, the banter and the PowerPoint slides, confirming that while he may be slacking on the corporate day job working for an unnamed supermarket chain, he’s fully delivering the goods on stage.
