James Acaster: Quick Quiz
By ThreeWeeks Editorial | Published on Monday 5 August 2013
2012 Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee James Acaster is back once again with more topical stand-up, performing every night of the Festival with no days off. He’s a busy guy is James, but he still found time to answer our Quick Quiz questions. Just about…
TW: Tell us about your show in no more than sixty words.
JA: Low key whimsy. Proper boss.
TW: Tell us about one other show you are planning to see this year.
JA: ‘Nathaniel Metcalfe – Enthusiast’. It’s very very funny, I’ve seen it in preview and will be taking friends to see it during the Festival
TW: What’s your best piece of advice for Edinburgh first-time fringe-goers?
JA: Don’t heckle.
TW: What have you done to prepare for your Edinburgh show?
JA: Waxed cars, painted fences, caught fly with chopstick.
TW: What would you like to have a referendum on?
JA: Whether or not we should still have referendums
‘James Acaster – Lawnmower’ was performed at Pleasance Courtyard at Edinburgh Festival 2013.
