Christian O’Connell has long been the go-to guy for morning breakfast radio shows, and has collated numerous stories during his 25 years in the industry. However, during his time as a DJ, O’Connell has received many complaints, from the obscure to the offensive. Here, the award-winning radio presenter speaks frankly about his hate mail, and has a notebook to prove it. The audience is treated to stories about people creating Twitter accounts purely to insult him, certain individuals who complain about the slightest badmouthing of cats, and one listener who chases up his competition prize avidly.
