Éowyn Emerald And Dancers (Éowyn Emerald And Dancers)

This performance was made up of several short dance pieces, each one telling its own emotional story. With childlike and playful to elegant and intense dances, the four performers moved seamlessly from one piece to the next, which included some impressively fast costume changes. Each piece was technically demanding, and the control of each dancer was outstanding. The small stage seemed to grow as soon as Éowyn Emerald stepped onto it, as she filled the space beautifully. The solo performances were perhaps more exciting than the group dances due to the fact some of the movements were often out of sync, but this did not take away from the challenging, fearless and energetic dancing.
