Josh Ross and Sunil Patel presented an hour of enjoyable comedy in this early afternoon slot. The structure of the show had not yet fully materialised, leading to inevitable dithering, but this allowed for a relaxed and likeable vibe. Casually heckling each other’s sets from the sidelines, there was much to be enjoyed in the de-constructed performances. A pun heavy element produced mixed results – some turned out to require considerable thought, while others turned out to be as bad as advertised. However, there’s definite passion to be found, particularly when it comes to the discussion of microwave wattage. A performance that looks likely to grow.
