Adrienne Truscott’s Asking For It – A One-Lady Rape About Comedy Starring Her Pussy And Little Else! (Adrienne Truscott / Of The Wau Wau Sisters)

An incredible show that had the room bouncing with laughter and despite, surprisingly, a wardrobe malfunction and the venue’s fuses blowing – twice. I would highly recommend anyone having any doubts to go and see this show. Fresh and incisive, Adrienne’s material builds and destroys tension like a true professional. She brings classics like the banana peel up to date in tremendous fashion while reinventing the art of projection comedy. With clever use of a projector, many layers of clothes and humour unfettered by convention Adrienne rides the waves of tension and controversial humour before delivering the punchline with aplomb. This is an excellent show to shatter your inhibitions.
