How To Make Love For 72 Hours At A Time – Free (Sex Guru Rico Suave / Free Festival)

Rico Suave is a misinformed sex guru who gives advice. He uses PowerPoint to advise on ‘How to Make Love For 72 Hours At A Time’ and gives tips on “love, lust and life”. After a sluggish start, the show takes positive – albeit small – steps towards the end, concluding with an audience participation quiz. If you enjoy watching Avid Merrion from ‘Bo’ Selecta!’ on repeat and find your friend’s Borat impression hilarious, you might just find this vaguely amusing. Rico’s dubious Spanish accent keeps reverting to Scottish, which begs the question of why Rico has an accent at all. The show’s idea is creative and has scope to be funny, but requires a rethink of Rico’s clichéd character and more preparation.
