Stay At Home Dad (Eden Rivers / Prime Cuts Comedy)

Eden Rivers’ set had a laid-back and informal attitude, with his non-scripted, realistic material kept witty and uplifting by his storytelling approach. The hour-long show takes you through the tales, mistakes and little “aww” moments of a stay at home father with two young girls. His nonchalant approach made it feel like you could have been hearing these stories at a party, so some polishing and refinement is needed in the execution. However, Rivers’ relaxed attitude gave the show charm and worked well with his material. From the disappearing toddlers, to the first day at school and working away from home – this stay at home dad tugs on the heart-strings but also tickles your funny-bones.
